Senior Procurement Officer (M/F)
For one of our customer, we are currently looking for a Senior Procurement Officer (M/F), in the framework of a temporary contract (6 -12 months).
Your tasks:
- Manage procurement procedures,
- Prepare and publish procurement documents,
- Communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders,
- Advise stakeholders on the procurement policy,
- Collaborate with Procurement and Legal teams,
- Conduct commercial negotiations,
- Support evaluation committees,
- Provide debriefings to unsuccessful candidates,
- Draft technical specifications and pricing terms,
- Obtain approvals of tenders and signature of contract,
- Assess commercial and compliance risks within procurement,
- Develop appropriate solutions,
- Handle administrative tasks.
Your profile:
- University degree,
- Significant experience of minimum three years in procurement, ideally in an international organisation,
- Experience in the preparation of procurement documents and the management of procurement procedures and commercial negotiations,
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, any additional language would be an asset,
- Ability to solve problem and to meet deadline, analytical mindset and detail oriented.
