We are assisting a leading bank in its search for an Operational Risk Analyst for a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and monitor risks related to banking activities (processes, systems, incidents, etc.).
• Analyze operational incidents and propose actionable solutions to mitigate their impact.
• Ensure processes comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Develop and implement tools for risk management and monitoring.
• Collaborate with business teams to promote a risk-aware culture across the organization.
• Prepare reports and summaries for senior management and regulatory authorities.

Profile :

• Education: Master’s degree (or equivalent) in finance, risk management, audit, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 to 4 years of experience in operational risk management, preferably within the banking or financial sector.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of banking regulations (e.g., Basel III) and risk management methodologies.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English. French and Italian are an advantage.
• Knowledge/experience in RCSA risk control and self-assessment
