Junior Compliance (Asset Management & Capital Markets)

Role Overview : As Junior Compliance, you will participate in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documentation, deliver legal services on financial regulation, assist on structured finance transactions across multiple jurisdictions, and liaise with clients and colleagues internationally.

Profile

• European qualified (or soon to be qualified) lawyer with up to 2 years of experience and strong academic background.
• Fluency in German and English; French.
• Team player, able to work independently and demonstrate good drafting skills.
• Strong client-oriented mindset, communication, and analytical abilities.
