Job Opportunity: Client Support Officer (M/F)


A leading financial institution based in Luxembourg is looking for a motivated Client Support Officer to join its dynamic External Wealth Management (EWM) team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support professional partners and their end clients by providing comprehensive custodial and execution services in collaboration with Relationship Managers.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle cash and securities transfers, account openings/closures, and daily banking activities (e.g., credit cards).
  • Monitor accounts (corporate actions, cash balances, FX orders) and execute related tasks.
  • Perform quality controls (e.g., call-backs for transfers) and ensure compliance with risk management guidelines.
  • Maintain client records in the CRM system and support process improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers and interact with internal and external stakeholders.


Your Profile:

  • Minimum BAC+2 diploma, with at least 3 years' experience in an operational banking environment (Back/Middle Office or Front support preferred).
  • Strong teamwork, attention to detail, risk-awareness, and proactive mindset.
  • Knowledge of banking processes, risk, and IT systems (e.g., STI, Triple’A) is a plus.
  • Fluent in French, with operational knowledge of English.
