In–house position – Senior Accountant (m/f)

Our client, a commercial company specialized in Health-care in across Europe, is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join their team in Luxembourg.

This is an opportunity for a proactive and hands-on professional to play a critical role in overseeing the firm's long-term property holdings.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports
• Assist in supporting the internal and external auditors in preparation of the requested information
• Prepare VAT returns, calculate net wealth tax and other tax computations
• Contribute to the training and development of other team members

Profile :

• Degree educated in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• Fluency in English (French and Polish is an asset)
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of US GAAP and Lux GAAP is a plus
