CDD 8 months: Part-time or Full-time
Your Responsibilities
- Supervise the onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate payroll activities with an external provider.
- Manage absences (such as sickness, holidays, etc.).
- Assist workers with HR and payroll questions.
- Ensure that the fleet, lunch vouchers, expenses, and other benefits are taken care of.
- Produce typical employment-related documents such as certificates, attestations, and the like.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent degree,
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory,
- Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position,
- Knowledge od Luxembourgish labor laws and social legislation,
- Thorough understanding of HR processes,
- Good command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
- Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to adapt and learn quickly,
- Good organizational skills, able to prioritize work and meet/track tight deadlines.
