Your Responsibilities

  • Supervise the onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate payroll activities with an external provider.
  • Manage absences (such as sickness, holidays, etc.).
  • Assist workers with HR and payroll questions.
  • Ensure that the fleet, lunch vouchers, expenses, and other benefits are taken care of.
  • Produce typical employment-related documents such as certificates, attestations, and the like.


Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent degree,
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory,
  • Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position,
  • Knowledge od Luxembourgish labor laws and social legislation,
  • Thorough understanding of HR processes,
  • Good command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
  • Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to adapt and learn quickly,
  • Good organizational skills, able to prioritize work and meet/track tight deadlines.
