Receptionist fluent in French & English (M/F)

 

For a client based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Receptionist to support the front desk operations from 9 to 25th September 2026 under an temporary contract.

 

Responsibilities :

  • Standard reception duties,
  • Welcome and register external visitors,
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming telephone calls,
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including dispatch and distribution,
  • Book and manage meeting rooms and support meeting logistics when needed,
  • Monitor office supplies,
  • Refill fridges and coffee machines.

 

Required profile :

  • Proven experience in a reception / front office or administrative support role is an advantage,
  • Strong service mindset, reliability and attention to detail,
  • Comfortable working in a busy office environment and handling multiple tasks


Language requirements :

  • Fluent French and English (mandatory)
  • German and Luxembourgish are an asset

 

Contract & Location :

  • Temporary assignment (interim contract)
  • Dates: 09–25 September 2026
