IT Manager (m/f/d) – Commercial & Industrial Sector

Location: Luxembourg

Contract: Permanent (CDI) – Full time

Salary: up to €85,000 gross/year

Start: ASAP (to be agreed)

The role

Our client, a well-established player in the commercial & industrial sector, is hiring an IT Manager to lead IT operations and projects across business functions (sales/supply chain) and industrial sites, ensuring reliability, continuity and cybersecurity.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver the IT roadmap, budget and priorities.
• Manage infrastructure & support (networks, servers, endpoints, M365, backups, incident/change management).
• Lead applications & projects (ERP/CRM, integrations, digitalisation, reporting).
• Drive cybersecurity & compliance (patching, EDR, access control/MFA, BCP/DRP, GDPR).
• Manage internal/external resources and vendors (contracts/SLA).

Your profile

• 5+ years’ experience in IT management (multi-site and/or industrial environment is a plus).
• Strong infrastructure + project delivery background (ERP/CRM).
• Pragmatic leader with a service mindset and stakeholder management skills.

Languages: Fluent English required; French is a plus.
